The influence of oxidized cotton seed oil (OCO) being simultaneously dispersed phase and the lipophilic compound as a dispersion medium on the properties of sealing plastic grease is investigated. It is established that influence of this dispersive environment on quality of plastic greasing depends on composite composition of lubrication. The optimal amount of OCO is 15–18%. At this concentration of OCO synergistic effect is observed. As a result, the grease has high dropping temperature  – 200–2100C, and good thermostability – 230–2600C. It has been shown that the temperature increase from manufacturing grease (160 to 2200C) and increasing the duration of heat treatment (30 to 60 min.) allow to improve the thermal-oxidative properties of the grease.
