On case of estimating material composition (chemical and mineralogical) of  two technological samples of ores, charac­terizing a new perspective gold ore deposit of Azerbaijan, the influence of established mineral components on technological properties of this mineral raw is considered. With regard for found and technological charac­teristics of tested ore materials, there were experimentally estimated different methods of their processing used in industry. The efficient regime of sorption hydrometallurgic technology, providing possibility of extracting from the given mineral raw to 95% of gold contained in it, has been elaborated and recommended.
