PHASE EQUILIBRIA IN TlS–TlAsS2 AND Tl3AsS3–S SYSTEMS

The results of research of phase equilibria on TlS–TlAsS₂ and Tl₃AsS₃–S sections of system Tl–As–S using methods DTA, XRD and EMF are presented. The formation of congruent melting ternary compound Tl₃AsS₄ (695 К) is confirmed. Compounds Tl₉As₃S₁₃ and Tl₃AsSp₆, earlier specified in the literature have not been confirmed.
