The present research indicates the results of possibility of producing porous Al/Al2O3 supports intensively absorbing microwave radiation by hydrothermal treatment of industrial aluminium powders in presence of aluminium hydroхide hydrogel with subsequent reaction sintering in the UHF field. Thermoprocessing (sintering) of test pieces was carried out on the unit, which was constructed on the basis of microwave oven model EM – G5593v (Panasonic) at working frequency equal 2450 MHz with maхimum input power of emitter equal 800 watt. It was stated that at thermoprocesssing in the UHF field the processes of forming porous structure of Al/Al2O3 –supporters run at a speed greatly exceeding the speed of aluminium oxide matrices at the conditions of traditional heating. From textural characteristics synthesized compositions can be used as potential supports for catalysts of reaction stimulated by ultrahigh frequency (2,45 GHz) electromagnetic field
