In this work by 1H, 17O NMR spectroscopy method there have been investigated dynamic     processes of water solutions of 6-morpholiniummethyl-2-allylphenolchloride at various concentrations. The results of research once again confirm importance of NMR spectroscopy for studying molecular mobility, different dynamic effects, inter- and  intramolecular interaction in liquids
