N,N-dichloramide-n-toluolsulphoacid reaction with coolihomer of isobutyl with sterol (molar mass 600–650) and polyisobutylen (molar mass 1000–1200) has been researched. Studying the influence of reacting components of molar relation, it has been found, that joining of (up to 69%) dichloramine-T (DCT) to polymers with N-chlorpolyalchylarylsulphomides with use of UV-irradiation proceeds at 25–350С, and reagents ratio 1:1. It’s been established that besides of compound products as well the products of chlorination (25–35%) form. Antirust, wear proof and welding proof properties of obtained products have been investigated. It is established that they are highly efficient antirust, wear proof and welding proof additives to oil and lubricants
