PHASE EQUILIBRIA IN THE InTe–CaIn2Te4 system
Phase equilibria in the InTe–aIn2Te4 system were investigated using DTA, X-ray phase, as well measurement of microhardness and microstructural analyses and its T–x diagram state has been plotted. It has been established that the out is a quasibinary section of the ternary system Ca–In–Te. It has been established that the state diagram of the system is of eutectic type, coordinates of the eutectic point are 45 mol. % CaIn2Te4 and 4400C. At room temperature the solubility of InTe based solutions reaches 5 mol.%, while that of CaIn2Te4 based solutions is extended to 10 mol % InTe
