A chemical method was used to prepare titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) samples T1 ,T2 and T3 by sseveral different oxidizing agents H2O2 , NH4OH , and 50% mixture respectively, which diagnosis by several techniques X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and Field emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) , which proved the success of the preparation process at the nanoscale level. Where the titanium oxide particles samples T1, T2 and T3 have an average particle size equal to (6.5, 8.8, 24.8 nm ) respectively, Titanium dioxide particles samples T1, T2 and T3 were used in the process of adsorption of Congo Red dye from its aqueous solutions using a batch system. The titanium dioxide particles gave different adsorption efficiency of Congo red dye up to more than 77, 68, 10 % respectively, As a result of the foregoing, titanium dioxide particles forms T1, T2 can be considered an efficient adsorbent surface in the field of organic pollutants and dyes in particular.
