SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF ETHERS OF TETRACYCLO[6. 2. 11.8. 13.6. 02.7]DODEC-9-EN-4- CARBOXYLIC ACID AND TRIMETHYLOL PROPANE IN THE PRESENCE OF NANО-TiO2 (РС-500) CATALYST
The parameters of the tetracyclo[6.2.11.8.13.6 02.7]dodec-9-en-4-carbon acid esters and trimethylol propane synthesis are firstly presented. In the presence of 1.0% nano-TiO2 (PC-500) catalyst with the acid-alcohol ratio 1.2:3, temperatures 80–900C and reaction duration for 6 hours the optimum end products yield is reached and their physical-chemical indices are determined. The application of such heterogeneous nanocatalyst allows excluding some intermediate stages of the etherification process, i.e. neutralization, flushing and drying of raw ester what considerably simplifies the technology of end products obtaining
