Ga₂S₃, Ga₂Se₃ were obtained at CTR of Ga₄S₅, g-GaSе and GaS, a-GaSe are transported with iodine. Ga₂S₃, Ga₂Se₃ are transported in cases when gallium iodide compounds will not be in reaction medium
