THE SYNTHESIS OF N,N'-ALKYLENE-BIS-SULFAMIDES AND INVESTIGATION OF THEIR ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES
For the synthesis of N,N'-alkylene-bis-Sulfamides the reactions of arylsulfochlorides with alkylenediamines and N-alkylation of arylsulfamides with alkylenedihalogenides were investigated. The investigations of antimicrobial properties of synthesized compounds have shown their high efficiency. N-alkylcontaining derivatives of sulfamides are more effective than unsubstituted derivatives
Keywords : alkylation, unsubstituted derivatives, antimicrobial properties
