INVESTIGATION OF GRANULATION PROCESS AND CALCULATION OF INFLUENCE OF INTENSIFYING ADDITIONS ON STRENGTH OF SUPERPHOSPHATE GRANULES
The possibilities of improvement of the qualitative indices of superphosphate fertilizers with use of intensifying additions (manganese MnSO4) and aluminum [Al2(SO4)3] sulphate with ammonium hydroxide NH4OH) favoring decrease of porosity and increase of granules strength are considered. The mass-exchange problem of moistening of granules has been solved, the dependence of thickness of moistening and strength on granule porosity has been determined.
