Catalytic systems based on vanadium, molibdenium, phosphorous, stibium, cobalt oxides were synthesized and put in practice for the disposal of polychloro benzenes and toluenes. By the investigations of the systems on modern physico-chemical XPS, IRS, Derivatograph, apparatuses phase formation on catalysts, surface and porous parameters, nature of active centers were determined. Explored the active components condition of catalyst influences to phase formation process. The activity of attained catalysts samples were investigated in the oxidation reactions of polychloro benzenes and toluenes on the 673–753 K temperature; 0.1–1.1 seccontact time; 1:5–1:25 molar ratios of chloric compounds to Oxygen. During disposal of these compounds attained maleic anhydride and its derivations.
