SOME FEATURES OF INTERACTION REACTION OF PHENOL WITH VINYLCYCLOHEXENE IN THE PRESENCE OF KU-23 CATALYST
The results of the research of the alkylation reaction of phenol with vinylcyclohexene in the presence of catalyst – cationite KU-23 catalyst in the H forms carried out on batch plant. It has been established that the yield of the main product – (4-hydro-xyphenyl-methyl-cyclohexen-3-yl)methane make up 76.2 % of theory on taken phenol and selectivity – 96.4 % at optimum regime. The structure of para-cyclohexenylethylphenol was determined by using spectrum and chemical methods.
