THE USAGE OF CAPILLARY COLUMNS FOR ANALYSIS OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS BY THE METHOD OF PARAPHRASE CHROMATOGRAPHY
V.M.Farzaliyev, M.N.Aliyeva

The results of using micro packed capillary columns prepared in IPChS RAS covered by us with stationary liquid phase ²Polyphenyl ester² for analysis of organic compounds by the method of vapour phase chromatography are cited. The mixtures of aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic alcohol, acids, amines and derivatives of esters of dithiobenzoic acid, which are halfproducts of synthesis of additives to oils were analysed. The analyses were conducted in the flow of gazes carriers – nitrogen and water vapor. To make comparison handy the analyses were made in the same conditions. Retention time, the values of the height of equivalent theoretical plates and coefficients of asymmetry of the analysed components were counted. It is shown, that the use of water vapor as the gas-carrier accelerates the yield of components from column increases symmetry and precision of separation.
