The radical copolymerization of 1-(p-vinylphenyl)-2-amides of cyclopropane carboxylic acid with methyl­methacrylate has been investigated. The influence of substituents on reactivity of monomers in the copolymerization reaction has been studied.  The copolymerization constants have been found and the parameters of Q–e-schemes have been calculated. It has been established that the synthesized copolymers possess light-sensitivity.
