CHARACTER OF PHASEFORMATION IN THE Ce–Sb–Te SYSTEM

By complex of methods of the physico-chemical analysis the chemical interaction in the ternary system Ce–Sb–Te on polythermic sections Sb2Te3–CeSb, CeTe–Sb, Sb2Te3–Ce, CeSb–CeTe and Sb2Te3–Ce3Te4 has been studied. Phase diagrams of sections and the liquidus surface projection of given ternary system are constructed and also new ternary phases of compositions of CeSbTe3 and Ce4Sb2Te7 are found out.
