SUSPENSIONS OF THE AMIDE OF ALKALI METALS – EFFECTIVE CATALYSTS FOR SYNTHESIS OF FERROCENE AND ALKYL DERIVATIVES
An effective production method of suspension of amides of alkali metals in hydrocarbon solution was proposed using of which significantly simplify synthesis process of ferrocene and its alkyl derivatives, used as catalysts of burning mixture solid missile fuels. Examples were given for synthesis of ferrocene and 1,11-diethyl ferrocene by using suspension of amide natrium and ammoniates of iron chloride in hexane showing their advantages before known method of synthesis of ferrocene derivative.
