Phase equilibriums in the systems CuInSe₂–MеSe (Me – Mn, Fe, Co, Ni), CuInSe₂–MeIn₂Se₄(Me – Mn, Fe) have been studied by methods of DTA, X-ray, MSA and measurement of microhardness. In all the systems studied the significant solubility on base of both modifications a-CuInSe₂ was revealed and boundaries of solid solutions regions were determined
