There has been investigated the reaction of 1,3- and 1,4-aminoalchohols with various isothiocyanates and synthesized N-(4-hydroxyalalkyl)-subs­ti­tu­ted thiocarbamides which are characterized by  the methods of IRS, PMR and elementary analysis. It is shown that under effect of bromide acid at boiling N-substituted hexahydro-1,3-thiazines forms
