FeS–FeGaInS4–FeIn2S4 SYSTEM

Phase equilibria in the FeS–FeGaInS₄–FeIn₂S₄system were studied by differential thermal analysis and X-ray phase diffraction technique and T–x–y diagram was plotted. It was establishedthat it refers to quasi-ternary systems with triple eutectic and limited solid solutions on the basis of starting compounds. Liquidus consists of three fields corresponding to the primary crystallization of solid solutions based on FeS, FeGaInS₄ and FeIn₂S₄
