SELF-ORGANIZING OF BORON NANOSTRUCTURES ON A SURFACE (0001) OF Bi2Te3 MONOCRYSTALS
The processes of nanosized defect formation on a surface (0001) of layered Bi2Te3<B> crystal alloyed by boron (0.01 mas. %) and formation on this surface boron nanostructures are investigated by a method of electron microscopy and AFM. It is established, that as a result of deformation on a Bi2Te3<B> crystal surface (0001) the various shaped defects and nanosized cavities are forming. On intralaminar surfaces with nanosized cavities of layered Bi2Te3<B> crystal the selective growth of boron nanostructures which were formed by a self-organizing in a thin layer of crystal is found out
