By high-temperature calorimetric at 1823 K in a wide concentration range investigated enthalpy of mixing of zirconium and copper. Set of exothermic nature of these quantities. The assumption of a preferential interaction of different atoms in the melt is confirmed by the theory of ideal associated solutions
