THE KINETICS OF GOLD(III) CHLORIDE COMPLEX SORPTION BY THE POLYMERIC SORBENT

The kinetic parameters of gold(III) sorption by phosphochlorinated polybutadiene–based sorbent modified with ditizone have been investigated. The rate of gold sorption is found to be fast, equilibrium is reached in a few minutes. The sorption is of a first order, calculated rate constant makes up 0.0237 min^-1
