Investigated spectrophotometrically dithiol complexes of uranium with ditiophenols (2,6-dithiol-phenol, 2,6-dithiol-4-methylphenol, 2,6-dithiol-4-ethylphenol, 2,6-dithiol-4-tert-butylphenol), and hydrophobic amines. As hydrophobic amine aniline, N-methylaniline, N, N-dimethylaniline, diphenilguanidine, triphenilguanidine and benzylamine were used. The optimal conditions for the formation and extraction of ionic associates and set the ratio of components in the complex. It has been found that associates formed in a weakly acidic medium (pHopt = 3.6–7.0). The maximum in the absorption spectrum is observed at λ = 435–478 nm. The molar absorption coefficient e was (2.68–3.61)·104 l mol-1 cm-1. Based on the data developed by the photometric method of determination of uranium in various objects.
