DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE CATALYTIC GAS-PHASE OXIDATION OF METHYL ALCOHOL IN FORMIC ACID
The work is devoted to development of mathematical models and identification of parametric coefficients model of the process of gas-phase oxidation of methyl alcohol to formic acid zeolite catalyst Pd-mordenite. There have been deve-loped the material balance equations. Constructed heat balance equation, the algorithm for calculating the thermal effects of the conversion reactions and calculations made. Process flow the equation for the characteristic Reynolds’ number has been calculated by.
