EXTRACTION-PHOTOMETRIC STUDY OF THE TUNGSTEN(V)–o-HYDROXY-5-BROMOTHIOPHENOL–AMINOPHENOL SYSTEM
2-Hydroxy-5-bromthiophenol forms with tungsten colorized complex insoluble in non-polar organic solvents. At introducing aminophenol in the system extraction of this compounds by organic phase with the formation of different ligand complex is observed. Among aminophenols 2-(N,N-diethylaminomethyltio)-4-metoxyphenol, 2-(N,N-dibutilaminomethylthio)-4-metoxyphenol were used. The maximum degree of extracting different ligand complexes is observed at pH 4.5–6.2. Maximal light absorption of complexes is observed at 470–480 nm. The molar coefficients of absorption fluctuate at interval (3.7–3.9)·104.
