ETHYLEN REGION OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX FOR PROCESSING OF CRACKING AND PYROLYSIS GASES

For the purpose of getting the important organic products such as aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, acids, ethers and polymers the chemical-technological complex (ChTC) for joint processing of pyrolysis and cracking gases has been proposed. The principal scheme of proposed chemical-technological complex has been created. The results of qualitative estimation of gases composition of the examined processes, proceeding from powers of the corresponding plants, are cited. With the aim of simplyfication of the calculation of the material balanace of all the process the decomposition of the complex regions has been done. For the each process entering the ethylen region of the complex and for this region in total its material balance has been calculated. To calculate the material balance of the region there were used the regime technological parameters of  functioning industrial chemical and technological process been on the stage of projecting and the experimental material data.
