MACROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF FOAM POLYMER MATERIALS ON THE BASIS OF MIXES OF POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, RUBBER BUTADIEN-NITRIL AND AСRYLONITRILE BUTADIEN-STIRENE PLASTIC
In the influence of a temperature mode and pressure of extrusion, ratio of components of a mix on a macrostructure and volume weight of foam polymer materials on the basis of polyvinylchloride, butadien-nitrile rubber and acrylonitrile-butadien-stirene copolymer has been studied. At a macrostructure estimation there were determined the structural parameters – diameter of a pores and cells, a thickness of a wall of a cell and a number of cells in volume unit. As well the influence of a temperature mode of moulding under pressure has been studied on durability properties of foam polymer materials
