Special bitumen has been obtained on the basis of mixture qoudron:asphalt = 80:20 with softening temperature tsoft =1100C and its properties have been studied. It has been revealed that coating on its base doesnot meet standards by its main indices. Modification of obtained bitumen has been carried out by polyisoprene, the properties of unmodified and modified bitumen and the main indices of the coating obtained on its basis have been studied. Investigation of rheological properties of bitumen qoudron:asphalt = 80:20 and bitumen modified by polyisoprene showed that effective viscosity of modified bitumen by polyisoprene is higher at various temperatures and pressures than that of unmodified bitumen with this, effective viscosity of the obtained compositions raises by increasing injected polyisoprene quantity. It has been determined that coating obtained on the basis of modified bitumen in comparison with known anti-corrosive coating obtained on the basis of oil bitumen of B-80/30 mark has improved indices of strength, elasticity, adhesion, high water resistance chemical endurance. The components of the compositions obtained on the basis of bitumen qoudron:asphalt = 80:20 modified by polyisoprene for usinq as anti- corrosive coatings and water proofing materials are proposed.
