ELABORATION OF TIRE RUBBERS BASED ON MODIFIED MIXES OF ELASTOMERS

Rubber compound based on modified mix of elastomers for rubber coating of metallic values in production of autochambers has been elaborated. It is established that compositions based on SKI-3/PVC/SKEPT-60 in comparison with those based on SKI-3 and natural rubber, despite decrease quantity of ZnO from 25 p.w. to 5 p.w. and removal of white soot from composition structure, vulcanize with higher rate, posses high contact durability of rubber and metal and endure pressure. Worked out composition is proposed for industrial production of valve rubber, used in producing autochambers.
