HYDROTHERMAL METHOD OF OBTAINING NANOCRYSTALS OF Sb2S3
Using potassium antimoniltartratе in ethylene glycol and sulfur in ethylendiamine (as sulphidizing reagent) the nanocrystals of antimony trisulfide have been obtained. Absorption spectra were taken, the termographic, X-ray phase analyses were made and it was established that antimony trisulfide represents nanocrystals of rod form. The conditions of growth of nanorods of Sb2S3 compounds crystals at different temperatures have been studied.
