ELECTRODEPOSITION OF Sb–Te ALLOY

Joint electrodeposition of tellurium with the stibium from the chloride electrolyte is carried out. Influence of composition of electrolyte and conditions of electrolysis on the composition, quality and yield on current of stibium-tellurium alloy are investigated. The influence of different factors on joint electrodeposition of Sb and Te with formation of Sb₂Te₃ on cathode has been found out by the method of cyclic voltamperometry.
