Aminomethylation of 2-hidroxy-5-halogenacetophenones by free second amines with excess of formaldehyde has been carried out. It is established that in absence of solvent the reaction proceeds with formation of the products of as a 2-aminomethoxy-5-halogenacetophenones have been received. In alcohol solution the doubleaminomethylation takes place and it produces b-amino-2-aminomethoxy-5-halogenpropiophenones. By the alternative method the correspond-ding products of C-aminomethylation have been synthesized and their being not identical with obtained products of O- aminomethylation has been established.
