NANOCOMPOSITES ON THE BASIS OF POLYETHYLENE, FILLED WITH HYDROLYSIS PRODUCTS OF METHYLALUMINOXANE
Polymerization of ethylene was performed in the presence of new titanium-phenolate catalytic systems. Polyethy-lene patterns, filled with aluminum inorganic compounds, which were produced by methylaluminoxane (MAO) hydrolysis products, were prepared and identified by IR, XRD, DTA, DSC, AFM analyses. Polymerization of these products with acrylonitrile was carried out in a peroxide-amine system. The composites with high physical-mechanical and thermo-oxidation stability were prepared. Comparison of the data of physical-mechanical tests shows that maximum durable characteristics for FPE are fixed at the contents of the filler within 5-20 % of weights
