THE IR-SPECTRA OF THE SYNTHETIC OIL FROM THE OIL-BITUMINOUS ROCKS AND THE PRODUCTS OF THEIR RADIATION-CHEMICAL TRANSFORMATIONS
The results of the investigations of radiation-chemical influence on synthetic petroleum from bituminous rocks of Balakhany’s deposits in Azerbaijan are offered. The investigations were carried out on gamma-source 60Co at power of dose in P=0.5 Gy/s and absorbed dose D=43–216 kGy. The results of chromatographic and IR-spectroscopic investigations of synthetic petroleum samples from natural bituminous rocks are presented, and their radiation stability estimated. The results of such studies permit to appraise the possibility of obtaining oil products for the various purposes by radiation-chemical way, as well using these materials for insulation of radioactive sources from the influence a the environment
