PHASE EQUILIBRIUMS IN THE SYSTEMS Tl9BiTe6–Tl5Te2Hal (Hal – Cl, Br, J)
By methods of differential thermal, X-ray phase analysis and also by measurement of microhardness and emf of concentration circuits concerning a thallic electrode the systems Tl9BiTe6–Tl5Te2Cl (Br, J) were investigated. T–x diagrams, also graphs of concentration dependences of microhardness, parameters of a crystal lattice and emf have been constructed. It is established, that all three systems, despite of presence of wide areas of stratifying, are characterized by formation of continuous orders of solid solutions with structure Tl5Te3 (tetragonal syngoniya, Sp.gr. I4/mcm).
