Phase equilibria in the Ag₈SiTe₆–Ag₈GeTe₆ system were experimentally investigated by means of differential thermal analysis and powder X-ray diffraction techniques. It was established that continuous series of solid solutions with Si®Ge substitution are formed in the system.
