The present research has been carried out in two stages. In the first stage of research the reaction of interaction of allyl acetate with tricycle[]deca-3,8-diene with allylacetate in the presence of catalyst nano-TiO2 (20–22 nm) have been studied, as the result 8-acetoxymethyltetracyclo []dodec-3-ene with yield of 77.4% have been synthesized.  In the second stage of research the addition reaction of saturated aliphatic monobasic acids С15 to synthesized unsaturated monoesters in the presence of catalyst (BF3-OEt2) has been proceeded and corresponding diesters have been synthesized with yield 75.5–90.6%, which can be used as additives for softening compositions of perfume components.
