COPOLYMERIZATION OF (p-VINYLPHENYL)CYCLOPROPYLMETHYILCINNAMATE WITH STYRENE
The synthesis of (p-vinylphenyl)cyclopropylmethylcinnamate (PHCPC) has been realized and its copolymerization with styrene in mass and in a solvent with initiator has been carried out. The copolymerization constants (r1, r2) have been determined, the parameters Q–e and also the microstructure of the synthesized copolymer have been calculated. It has been revealed that the synthesized PHCPC is more active monomer than styrene. Some physical-mechanical, heat-physical properties of the synthesized copolymer have been studied. It has been established that the synthesized copolymer shows a high photosensitivity to UV radiation and can be used for creation of negative resists
