THE SYNTHESIS AND INVESTIGATION OF NEW DERIVATIVES OF 1,10-DIAZA-18-CRAUN-6

For the first time the hirano derivative of 1,10-diaza-18-craun-6 by reaction with R-(+)-α-phenil-ethylisocianate was synthesized; bis-azido-metylation and bis-diaziridinemethylation of 1,10-bis-(metoxymethyl)-1,10-diaza-18craun-6 were conducted by reactions with trimethylsilylazide (TMSN3) and 2,3,3-trimethyldiaziridine, as a result for the first time 1,10-bis-azidomethyl-1,10-diaza-18-craun-6 and 1,10-bis-(2,3,3-trimethyldiaziridinomethyl)-1,10-diaza-18-craun-6 were obtained. Their structure was confirmed by contemporary physico-chemical and analytical methods. Irreversible trans formation of 1,10-bis-(azidomethyl)-1,10-diaza-18-craun-6 into (hydroazide)-1,10-diaza-18-craun-6, the structure of which was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis (PCA) also. By the addition reactions of 1,10-bis-azidomethyl-1,10-diaza-18-craun-6 to dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate 1,10-bis-triazol-1,10-diaza-18-craun-6 was received
