The properties of polymer mixtures, obtained by different methods in solid phase in liquids and emulsions have been determined. As a result of thermal and mechanical effects, it has become possible to get composite materials with different properties in solid polymer phase. Embedding 5–10 mas.h of PVC mixtures obtained from solid phase of PVC due to the increase of unsaturation and quantity of chemical bounded in it. The increase in reactional ability of elastomers gives the opportunity to get based on them compositions resistant to various influences. Properties of the mixtures obtained separately from dilutions of elastomers (SKEP-50 and SKEPT-60) and functional polymers (PVC and CAPP) have been studied. It is shown that in spite of known theories physical contacts take place in such mixtures where there is lack of chemical interaction. As a result availability of connected chlorine and structure have been observed unlike the structure of initial components proved by the various methods. In the laboratory conditions SKEP-50, SKEPT-60 and PVС emulsions were obtained and mixed. The physico-chemical properties of prepared mixture, as well durability and IR-spectra of polymer film received from mixture have been studied. It is established that in contrast to emulsions of individual polymers, mixture of emulsions possesses highly physico-chemical properties and may be used as protective coverings
