It has been shown the results on development of high-dispersal metalzeolite systems and study their catalytic action in the reactions of oxidation of lowest olefine hydrocarbons (ethylene to asetaldehyde, propylene to aceton, butylenes to methyl ethyl ketone), C1–C5 aliphatic alcohols  to corresponding aldehydes,  ketones, carbonic acids and esters; methane to acetylene and oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to cyclohexadiene. It has been determined that the selectivity of action of the catalysts characterized with optimum combinations of metal component in catalyst composition, with acidity and structure of zeolites. It has been selected high-efficient catalysts for investigated reactions. On the basis of experimental investigation of kinetic laws of oxidation of olefine hydrocarbons and aliphatic alcohols over synthesized catalysts, it has been suggested the probably stage mechanisms and developed kinetic models of these processes
